 Legit PC Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all repair and technical support services (“Services”) provided by Legit PC. By using our Services or Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • Legit PC / We / Us: Legit PC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents.

  • You / Customer: Any person or business requesting Services.

  • Device: The eligible device identified in the Service Authorization & Estimate.

  • Website: www.legitpc.com (and any associated domains).

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is subject to Legit PC’s Privacy Policy, available at www.legitpc.com/privacy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • You represent that you own or are authorized to request repair of the Device.

  • You are solely responsible for backing up data before repair. Legit PC is not responsible for data loss.

  • You agree not to provide confidential or proprietary data for repair purposes.

5. Scope of Services

Legit PC provides repair and technical support for eligible devices, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, gaming PCs, and related hardware. Services may involve new, refurbished, or non-original parts. Manufacturer warranties may be voided by third-party repairs.

6. Service Eligibility

Eligibility is determined by Legit PC at its sole discretion, based on inspection and safety considerations. Devices with modifications or unsafe conditions may be declined.

7. Abandonment Policy

Devices not picked up within 60 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or resold to recover costs.

8. Limited Warranty

Repairs and parts are warranted for 90 days from completion. Exclusions: damage from misuse, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, viruses/malware, or normal wear and tear. Warranty is non-transferable.

9. Ownership of Parts

Replaced parts become the property of Legit PC unless otherwise required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the Limited Warranty above, Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Legit PC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Legit PC’s liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid for the Services or (b) $250. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Arbitration & Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or small claims court in North Carolina, under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

13. Modifications

Legit PC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modifications.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Legit PC regarding Services.
